They charge absorbent prices without providing ANY services: No frail care, medical facilities, laundry services, and especially prevent the elderly access to wi-fi. They are also the recipients of "Meals on Wheels" even though the inhabitants should be able to afford to stay there and provide for themselves. Shocking!
