Shrinking garments

I purchased garments from G couture which were obviously pre-shrunken. A size 36 is big enough to fit someone who usually wears a size 32.<br> <br> They gladly exchanged the items when I asked for bigger sizes but on washing both garments they shrunk to half their size. I called Adiela to ask her for a refund and she said she would do a wash test on her end to check that I was not negligent when washing the garments. The garments clearly stipulate that they may not be tumble dried. Adiela sent me an email saying that all washing and tumble drying tests were conducted and the garment did not shrink.<br> <br> Evidently the garments are meant to be tumble dried for them not to lose shape and size- but the label clearly instructs you not to tumble dry the item..<br> <br> I will never support their store again and would recommend that people buy from reputable clothing stores instead of supporting G Couture (Toledo Clothing).
