What On God's Green Earth?

I have never in my life experienced this swamp kind of customer service! I am absolutely speechless! Requested a timeout for 6 hours because I had guests over and they wanted to use my account to try the slots and I didn't want them to. Next morning, account says I'm excluded, contact them via chat and they say I need provide proof of counsellor sessions to reactivate the account. Boithatelo in particular is one of the worst trained agents they have. She once told me my proof of banking letter had to be not less than 3 months old event though it was date 8 DAYS earlier! I can't believe establishments like these exist in an actual country governed by a rule of law!
