VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Firstly I must say I am a regular customer at G-bets but the kind of service I received today is pathetic. at 7:31 this morning I made a deposit of R500 on their website using one of their instant deposit options I always use on daily basis for the money to be credit into my account same time. This morning my account was never credited, I then contacted G-Bets via their online chat option, the lady who was helping me told me that she had sent my inquiry to the relevant department.

Then I said myself this is going to be resolved soon, so let me try to deposit again so that I can play while waiting, the second deposit went through and my account was credited same time without any problems. after an hour I contacted G-Bets again since that R500 wasn't credited, Lady from G-Bets tells me that the option I used for deposit it takes 24hrs for the money to reflect, that was ******* from G-Bets agent because I had made a deposit and my account was credited same time using the same method.

I have tried to talk to them more than 5 times today without any lucky, I have event asked the service provider to asked them on my behalf but they are not respond on the email sent to them.

THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE GOLD RUSH!!!!!!
