No Payments on winning tickets
<p>Hi Hello Peter (2nd Complaint)</p> <p> Am writing this complain for the 2nd time with additional mistreatment/contradictions of your service in terms of non-compliance of basic Gambling rules and fairness to me as a regular player at your outlet , I have been compromised for the 2nd time today as I am writing this e-mail to you so you help me to receive what belongs to me.</p> <p> </p> <p> I have been informed that I can’t be paid the below tickets as Draw took place a day before , with my experience any movement of draws, tickets cannot be played for that stake, but my betting slips where played for Thursday 13/04/2017 which on the morning of Friday 14/04/2017 when I check the results on the website I found out that I have won. I can guaranteed you that G-Bets will inform anyone with movement of draw date on the website(https://mobi.gbets.co.za) and also at the outlet will outline the message very clear on the Results Board (notice board). It surprises me that every time the outlet is getting any reason not to give me what belongs to me whilst others in December where refunded but me not , even now their opting for refund cause there are aware that I have won. This is unfair to players as G-Bets should make sure that their housekeeping is 100% before accepting money from players. Confirm any stake before accepting customers money.
