GBETS.CO.ZA SUCKS

On 22 January I made a deposit of R1000 using 1Voucher in my Gbets account. My account was not credited although I redeemed the voucher on their site. I contacted them 5 times but they didn't help me. They said I must get a green slip from 1Voucher.com for them to credit my account. I contacted I voucher 3 times and each time talking to a different agent, and they told me that they don't give any green slip. They instead supp**** me with a redemption reference number: *** which they said GBets.co.za should use to credit my account as on their system it clearly shows that the voucher was redeemed at Gbets.co.za . Still after giving them the redemption reference from 1Voucher.com they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Being an accounts person myself I know that by merely checking the credits that went in around the time that I redeemed the voucher and comparing with the redemption number that I gave to them, one can easily pick this problem and then allocate to the right account.
