gbets takes us for granted

im kgofelo lerato ive been trying to write on your websitee for quiet some time with no luck. Im writing this because ive been experiencing bad service from gbets, on the 25th of may 2018 i asked them if their 125% deposit match was real & they responded with no hesitation then after that i thought since it was a good deal i should enquire further they told me that if i deposit 8000 they would give me 10000 extra in bonus money so i made the deposit. On friday the 25 may after realising that the money was not there on sunday the 27th ive decided to call them they only credited me with my 8000 deposit so i told them since they dont want to give me the 10000 bonus money they promised ive asked them to give me my money back via my bank account they didnt. Please help me i really need the money my initial deposit of 8000 ive always put my trust in you hellopeter.
