G-Bets - local service

I made a few deposits on the weekend - firstly the service I received was non responsive. I then had to join online chat 4 to 5 times as the host keeps ending the chat. After sending the POP for a deposit of R350 I made into the account they credited the account with R300.

Causing me to join the online chat again and keep being disconnected by the host - its is not about the R50 but the principle, after sending POP SEVERAL times, explaining to the host - getting robotic answers not even on the query.
