G-BETS BAD SERVICE

I had won a bonus game on the slot game "The good the bad the ugly. I went on to a 50x multiplier but my winning was not multip****. When I took it up with them via their online conversation, I was told that I did not bet on their site and that the screen shot I sent was not accessed through their site. Two agenys later I asked for them to get a supervisor to call me. The agent ended the conversation. Very bad service and I lost R500 in winnings. Not fair at all.
