G BETS ARE ****MERS

I have made a deposit of R500, using one of the payments methos G Bets provided which is instant eft were you pay with your banking card. Now is that G bets ****med me my R500 as I am told to send a proof of payment of which the only proof I have from my bank is my bank statement that showed I have paid them. It is Card payment that doesn't show banking details of G bets but its like swiping your card for payment. Now this people after I tried to send them the valid proof of bank statement showing that i transferred to them they are still coming with stories. Please help me get my money back from this ****mers. Thank you.
