Error massages, *********** agents unable to assist

I have been trying to register for more than two weeks but keep on getting error messages. Sent a lot of emails and also had numerous chats with the agents but they are all *********** and is unable to assist. Promised that a supervisor will look into it and get back to me but needless to say that the priblem is still not fixed
