Deposit disappeared

I made a deposit (bank transfer) check a day later and had a chat with the agents they said it hasn't matured. 4 working days later still same story. How many day does money takes to mature form Capitec to Nedbank? . Today day 5 no credit have been allocated to my account the agents are saying they can locate my deposit after providing proof of Payment and bank statements. Be careful with this guys.
