Bet resulted incorrectly

My two bets has been resulted incorrectly & I was sent an NBA link to prove me other wise but still on the link the agent sent me the results clearly shows that my bets had indeed been resulted incorrectly. The agents are now closing chats and refusing to assist me☹️🥵☹️😡
