I have a problem with gbets, two weeks back I went to withdraw funds from the nedbank atm via instant money withdrawal. When I got to the machine the error occurred and I went back to them reporting that I didn't get any funds. What they did is something that you will never belive...they sent me to the guys who are selling the vouchers.we buy vouchers so that we use their platform and after that we get sent back to them to solve our problems,why is that. I did that and the voucher guys sent me to nedbank. I went there and they told me that the money was reversed I should go back to gbets. Now no one is responding to my queries it's like I don't exist. They only enjoy when you're betting and being chowed.but to resolve issues they just cannot
