Bluffing regarding problems being normal, poor workmanship, missed deadlines, and high price. buyer beware!

I took my car in for engine issues. I was promised 7 working day turnaround max. in week 10 I was still begging for my car back. It came back with more engine codes than what it went int with. After a full engine rebuild it was returned with the check engine light still glowing - so I had no idea if there were legit issues. I had to beg them again to fix what was still failing. Eventually my clutch failed on the highway in peak traffic - which ended up with the car back at them. They told me basic things could not be done / were normal - super basic things - until I pushed back. Their business ethic is disgusting to say the least. After being back to them 3 times - my car still idles too low, and still has an engine code for something they admitted they broke (and apparently replaced). and I am still being told this is normal. I don't know if this is sheer incompetence - or just that they couldn't care less after they have received money for their sub-standard work - but either way - I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy - let alone any friends and family. I also do not trust going back there again since I have had to beg to have things done - only to be told time and time again that things are normal ****il, like my clutch, they end up failing until I literally have to tell them where to look to adjust what should have been set on installation....)
