Over charging, avoidance and refusal of refund

I returned a box of sealed laminate tiles to GB Flooring suppliers knowing that GB Floors is only a showroom and they do not keep stock on hand unless it's for showroom purposes.<br> <br> I requested a quote for a different set of laminate tiles from GB Floors. The quote was not forwarded. Over and above that GB Floors tried to exorbitantly over charge me for the new floors. Their supplier sells the same laminate floors for R 350 including install to members of the public. GB flooring has a business to business supply relationship with their supplier which means they will receive the laminate wah below R 350 tried to charge me in excess of R 500 per square metre excluding install.<br> <br> I refused this and requested a refund. Morgan Reddy the owner stated that the refund would be given when the boxes were returned. I went to collect the boxes from his supplier who had used them and replaced them after a month. I delivered the sealed boxes to Morgan where I was physically threatened and verbally abused. It must be noted he attempted to avoid paying the refund on several other occassions. <br> <br> I highly urge all members of the public to avoid doing business with the backward and ****** business.
