UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT WILL NEVER RETURN

I had asked FZP Mariana Coetzee to kindly find me a suitable self catering apartment that is close to the beach and close to shopping malls and close to Blouberg Mountain. She instead of giving options of what i had requested, 48 Canterbury was one the list she had provided me along with other apartments. <br> She was meant to give me options based on what i had requested as i made it very clear in my email to her that i was looking for anything in the above mentioned. If she knew 48 Canterbury was not close to any of what i had requested, she was not meant to even put it on the list of apartments that i was to choose from. I then asked her to kindly change this apartment in order to assist my elderly mother and her friends to a much convenient area, she instead refused to help me. I just feel that FZP Apartments has given me thee worst service that i am 100% i will never go back to them.<br> I hope in future for all your clients you learn from this terrible mistake of having treating people like *******.<br> This was my second time using FZP apartments through my husband, which will definitely be my last!<br> May i please have my R1000 back holding fee!
