Deposit not refunded

This company advertises apartments on [URL Removed] and other online sites. On invoicing, they add an additional administration fee (which is not mentioned in the original price). They also promise to pay back the deposit (in my case, R1000-00) 7 days after departure. We stayed in Laggon Bay until 1 July 2015. It it the 23rd today and my deposit has not been refunded. All calls and emails go unanswered.
