Dissatisfied and shocked

I don't want to give the Botanical Gardens a bad review. I can not seem to pick up the Fynkos tea gardens inside the kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

I went to the Fynkos tea gardens for lunch, I ordered a chicken schnitzel that comes with veg and a choice of a side the sauce I chose was a mushroom sauce for my schnitzel, the pieces of chicken that were served was over cooked and dry the one piece was tiny which I ate with some mushroom sauce, which was not great either. So I left the larger piece of chicken and ate the veg which was amazing jbtw. I also ate the chips, chips are chips. I informed the waitress of the chicken and she apologiesed and asked if I would like a box for the piece of chicken, I said no as I am not going to eat it as it's distasteful, she said she would inform the chef and I thanked her. I asked for the bill and they charged me for the chicken schnitzel that I did not eat. I would of happily paid for the side veg and chips as I did eat that. I wouldn't recomend eating there the service was just disappointing. The waitress seemed annoyed and just wanted to push for orders, d She didn't really give me time to enjoy sitting there and enjoying the views from the deck.
