They made me to pay endless fees

I traded with Fxtm trading company from last year December ,I made withdrawal twice but havent received my profits till this date ,I have email the company several times asking about the withdrawal and why am being asked to pay additional amount stating ,bank charges, clearance fee and all other fees that I cant get explanation about.the last respond I got was that I have to clear things with my account manager which I did recently and paid the amount they asked me to pay but yet again yesterday she told me I need to pay another clearance fee..what kind of trading is this ?how many clearance fee are you guys charging?
