FXTM - Very difficult to get your invsred funds back

Very difficult to get your funds back. This company asks questions like employment history, years back, Company names, previous Job titles etc. Once you provide them with this they will start again by saying they did not receive info and can not help or are not satisfied with your response. Whats does my personal info have to do with getting my funds returned. Be warned.
