FXGM ZA - assistance has a time frame

Service was persistent, fast, .... up to deposit - once done = the 'idiot' is left on it's own, as I was to early in the morning to ask for assistance. Lost everything.

07.03.2022, during the conversation, I was probe to deposit R32000. Back & forth I state that I don't have those funds, as it was mentioned to me that any idiot can now make money. On the follow up call I did deposit R------ and guide to trade on zinc & auzchf. I email fxgm more than once for assistance, as both trade keep down in the red. Up to this moment NO feedback/response!! I additional 'chat' on your site, basically no conclusion. @ past 4pm I was called for clarity; basically nothing resolved.
