The only thing

the only thing I can say is at fault here is the info they give. Clearly not enough, there's basically nothing to learn here, even blog is very basic (some good info there, but rare). Meanwhile, platform itself is complex, with promos, partners, and platforms. I guess they expect me to ask support stuff that I don't get, which is fair enough, but I don't like bothering them...
