My withdrawal request was kind of funny, like I had some profit made and when I did my withdrawal, it was ok. Took it like under a week to arrive and it was bank trasnfer, perpahs its the safest method there is, but in the meantime i saw thay they withdrawn more than they transferred me. So I conctacted support, and they kindly explained that I had bonus and its just for trading and in withdrawal its removed, lol I even forgot I had a bonus. Support is professional and promp, and turns out its a frequent case, I saw the exact one on their FAQ section.
