About the spreads I trade mostly gold and I think average they say is close ot reality and I respect the honesty and theyre effort for providing good conditions. about minimm deposit $500 I dont htink it's expensive because you cant trade comfortable for $50 or even $100 its too small if you risk $1 in a trade its not gonna be profit at all. my only minus here is just mt4 you need to add mt5 minimum.
