Don’t trust FXDD ZA

I started using this company in dec 2023. I haven’t done trading investment before so I asked for more details but not much was given other than that I had to download a cryptocurrency wallet. I choose the smaller plan of 4k because I am unemployed due to illness and I informed the agent of this as I didn’t have much money. Along the way I find out that there’s actually more payments that I must make which I was never made aware of before I started even though I asked for details and told them my situation. There was a withdrawal payment, ID verification payment and legal fees. Before each payment I asked the agent if this was the final payment that I had to make to receive my investment because each time I had to loan from people and the agent assured me it was the final payment every single time and then it wasn’t! After the legal fees the agent gave me their word that, that was the final payment and I would receive my funds. I ended up paying 30k in total. BUT then after it was paid I got another email saying I still had to pay taxes to receive the funds. I am extremely disappointed and now in a worse off position than I was before I put my trust in them. There is no way I can pay this company 15k for their taxes because I don’t have an income and I am now in serious debt because of them when I wasn’t before. There is a serious lack of transparency and disregard for the customer’s financial position. I was **** to repeatedly and then they expect me to trust them. If I had known that more payments had to be made after the initial investment I would never had started using them but the agent didn’t bother to inform me.
