Fxcess is their brand, but the company's name is Notesco Limited. I looked into the regulators websites, and found they have Bermuda registration and are licensed for ECN, STP, Market Maker trading. Although on their website they don't have STP acc type, just the other 2.

All in all seems legit, and their socials seem popular and active too.
