PMAM is worthwhile

I'm both a manager and a user, know it from both sides. The only downside for me is that MT4 is the only platform used, and the amount of customers always can be higher of course. But the profits are very good, and the amount of good managers I see is encouraging, seems like it's a good groundwork for future growth. The support Fxcess gives to its managers is also top-tier.
