Vmax and Cmax Bait Boat

I purchased a bait boat from FX Outfitters on 05 February 2015. After briefly testing the boat it leaked water and some of the parts came loose. After several communications I arranged to take the boat back to be repaired on 23 February 2015. Brian said he will repair the boat within a week. I stressed to him that I need the boat by 06 March 2015 (two weeks later). On 03 March 2015 I contacted him again to inquire about the boat, he indicated that he will let me know as soon as the boat is repaired, I again reminded him that I need the boat by 06 March 2015. Since 03 March 2015 I have heard nothing from the supplier. The supplier is very unreliable, I have now requested him to repay the amount of the boat
