What can I say more - Pathetic!

<p>I booked in my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge-Gold) on 26 October 2016 with a cracked screen @ Samsung Kollonade. The lady said that the device will be sent to FX Cellular and will be fixed within the next 14 days and a message will be sent to me within this time when the device will be ready. I respected the 14-day wait-period, and when I did not receive any message/sms I started phoning to get answers. Just to tell me that they are short-staffed because of the protests in the PTA CBD. Next, back-log of parts ever since, but will keep me posted. I have to phone and find out everytime, nobody keeps me posted as promised. Today I heard I will have to wait till 5 December, again I had to phone to hear this excuse. Again, promised to phone me after they take it up with the manager - NOTHING - NADA - NO FEEDBACK. I am paying towards a phone @ my service provider which I am not using.</p>
