Worst experience buying my 1st car

I bought a car Nov 2021 Hyndai i20 at Fuzion motors in N1 City,Cape Town. I took it for a service in May 2022 thats when I found out the car was written off and the dealership never informed me, contacted them was told to bring the car back,and they gave me a replacement car and apologized and thanked me for bringing the matter to them first, The issue now is the car I returned to them its still debiting on my account because they never settled the car with the bank so the account can be closed on my name, they are refusing to refund me my money, I cannot afford to pay for 2 cars, the 1st car is debiting before the new car, so by the time my new car is suppose to debit there is no money on my account. I am paying for the car thats not in my possession and I'm behind on my payment on the car I'm using, and they are refusing to refund me.
