Bad service !!!

Bad Service.. license and registration still not done on a vehicle purchased in January. I need to get license disc and number plates after i have paid them for the service.. absolutely unacceptable. I work 7 days a week , and dont have time to go to traffic department and wait in line.. they where paid for a service and need to deliver
