Worst Security company in Midvaal, Gauteng

One of the worst security companies in Midvaal Gauteng. The level of service is slack and the response time are well, do they respond to alarm's. We have had many problem's with the alarm system they installed, they have not been able to establish why our system was faulty and were therefore unable to effectively make repairs. This went on for over two years. We then had a home invasion style ******* and during this event we were able to set off the panic button. Well we had no response from them, no phone calls made or patrol vehicle sent out. Our local CPF were on the scene with in minutes of the call put out by neighbour's and the SAPS arrived shortly after this. The Futuris response team arrive 45 minutes later and he was wearing flops, shorts, tee shirt and looked like he had just come from a braai with mates. there was no follow up on the incident and the report they submitted was inaccurate. since this incident we started taking note of the response time s and this was well in excise of 30 minutes on many occasions and on some events they did not even arrive. We have lost all faith in the service and back up support and would not recommend to anyone that the put their lives and assets under there protection. We have also learnt from our community that there is alleged involvement of the patrollers and staff with crimes committed in the area. No proof has come to light but is is a worry that the community speaks of these things. But then why did they not respond quickly to our emergency situation.
