R 300 for quotation

My house was struck with lightning and I call Futuris for a quotation . Technician came out and my husband walked with him around the house and show all the damage to outside beams and gate motor. After a week no quotation and when I phoned there was R 300 outstanding for the technician to came out and see if there was lightning damage . I received a quotation for only inside panel that was dead. My complain was discussed with the manager and the technician said he was working on the panel ( that was dead) and no body told him about the gate motor although my husband walked with him around the house and R 300 must be paid for a quotation I've never received ( at least for the right stuff) and for somebody to tell me there is lightning damage on a dead panel which he miracle could jump start and press buttons to check.
