Company not Honoring they Promise

I have bought a Property last year with Future Estate Facilitating the Purchase, as part of the Purchase the was a promo running for a Washing Machine, since August 2022 I am getting a runaround as to when the Machine will be handed over to me

I am writing this email as a escalation, before taking the further steps to get the Washing machine delivered
