Their communication is absolutely terrible. They make endless promises to provide feedback by the end of each business day, yet weeks go by with no response. Calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails are all ignored. Their administration is completely unreliable and disorganized.

I decided to withdraw my application because if this is how they operate before enrollment, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be once classes begin. My daughter is taking the online schooling route because we need a dependable and responsive institution—Futures Academy has already failed that test.
