Futurelog trading do not honor customer

Bought a Chicken plucker 3-4 months ago and paid for delivery. Never received it. They took it to couriers that also doesn't exist or that I can't get hold of. (Bsynkacargointernational). Both the companies confirmed payment received, but no item delivered to date. The company is situated in Springbok. The sales person wanted me to pay an extra amount again for delivery. I refused because the delivery was paid for according to the quote.
