Webs in my Smartfood

Foreign webs and moth like creature that I found in my pack of your cereal that I purchased at Checkers Hyper. This mind you, is after one of my colleagues was pouring into her bowl and I, unfortunately and disgustingly, had already consumed the cereal ( Lord knows what's crawling in my belly as we speak). I am not sure what precautions are taken in the packaging of your products but as a client, who held a high standard of regard for your brand, am now very very disappointed and concerned.

Please advise me on this issue.
