Stone inside a Protein Crunch On-the-Go Snack

I emailed Future Life at ********** regarding this complaint and followed up with phone calls but all my calls went unanswered. I also included pictures of the defective product on the email. I still haven't had any response from them or Hello Peter! Can you please follow up on this matter as this has been dragging for over a month now. See details below: "I would like to draw your attention to the quality of the Protein Crunch snack bars being manufactured by this company. While I would normally bring this up with the store at which I bought the Protein Crunch snack bar, the item in question is from the manufacturer. I believe the Protein Crunch snack bars should be more closely monitored for quality and freshness. On November 13 2018, I purchased a Future Life - Protein Crunch snack bar with a "guaranteed freshness" date stating that they were good through to 01 May 2019. However, I decided to consume it a week later. As I took the second bite, I felt something hard when I tried to chew it. I thought it was a peanut but after taking a closer look, I noticed it was a stone! I would appreciate a refund and also request that Futurlife should not furnish their customers with Protein Crunch snack bars that may constitute a health risk."
