Stale yoghurt bars reported but NO FEEDBACK after 3 weeks!!!

It is with the greatest disappointment and dissatisfaction that i write this review.

I purchased 2 boxes of Fiturelife Yoghurt bars and they tasted funny. I bought them at Checkers bluff and was definitely not satisfied. Although the expiration date says August the taste says something else. I suggested for the company to look into the matter, however 3 weeks later nobody has contacted me nor even acknowledged receiving my email.

Kindly assist and ensure that their stock is stored in the correct manner and temperature as this may affect the quality of YOUR brand.
