Selling defective bread

Disappointed in Futurelife. I bought their bread which is usually great. This time around it was full of holes. The top few are fine, get to the 4th slice, use holes in the slices. I usually buy 3 loaves at a time for lunch sandwiches, can you believe that I was just unfortunate that all 3 loaves were defective. Don't you guys check the bread before sending them out to shops. I've taken pictures.
