Protien Bar - Worms

I am always buying their cereals and protien bars to keep me going through my busy daily life. Today i bought my favorite - a chocolate crunch protien bar and to my surprise I found a worm and when carefully inspecting the bar it was covered in webs/moldy. This is not the 1st time this happens to me and no one has responded till today about the last complaint.

I am really disappointed :(
