Poor Service

Recently placed an order online with https://futurelife.co.za/ , this my first experience. Since I placed the order, it has not been dispatched yet, you call the only available number *** IF they answer, you either get a receptionist dropping the phone in your ear not willing to assist, or you get someone that will send e-mail that never happens. Currently I have not received any assistance from FutureLife called 8 + times this answered twice. Not sure how to get assistance but I certainly won't be ordering again if this is the assistance I am receiving.
