HORRID BLACK MASS SMELLING LIKE ROTTING FLESH - FUTURLIFE OATS

My daughter uses the futurelife oats sachets, when she opened a sachets this morning it was some kind of black mass with pieces of insects and who knows what else in it, it smelled like rotting flesh....i wish i could upload a photo on this plaform as words cannot describe what we found. So disgusted I did not even think it was possible for oats to turn to something like this
