Futurelife rotten goods supp****

On Wednesday 16th December I purchased 2 x Futurelife Energize Drinking meal sachets (barcoded *** BB date 19/12/2020 J0078D) from Dis-chem Clearwater. Today (Thursday 17th December) I followed the instructions and proceeded to mix the contents as directed. The contents did not change consistency and remained watery; when I tasted, I nearly puked – it had such a horrible, rotten smell and taste. To worsen this already putrid situation, when I called the number supp**** on the package ***, I was told that the correct person to speak to is currently on leave and I was put through to the FINANCIAL MANAGER? The female person APOLOGISED PROFUSELY about the bad product and when I asked how is her apology supposed to solve the problem she became very rude and dropped the call... Which is worse: the decayed product or the rotten customer service? THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT IS SUPP**** & DISTRIBUTED BY ALL MAJOR RETAIL OUTLETS?
