Futurelife Product Tampered With And Clearly Not Original Contents.

On 11 October i bought 3 boxes of Futurelife 500g Chocolate from Pick & Pay in Herm****. The next day i opened one of the boxes only to find a unsealed packet that had been partially taped with what looked like cellotape. The contents was not chocolate Futurelife, but a replaced white substance/powder as the original contents was clearly tampered with and changed. I then opened the second box only to find another tampered with and poorly cellotaped non-Futurelife powder. It is not at all normal and the possibility of taking it to the Police to be checked is being considered before taking it back to Pick & Pay to get my money back. The same day we called Futurelife customer care line and spoke to Shannon. We explained the entire situation to her and i was issued with a reference number: BO23-10-205. On her instruction we opened the third box. The package inside was intact and did not look tampered with. I was asked to send photos to a Whatsapp number: ***, which i did. I have not returned the products yet as i was told they would send someone to come and have a look, that has not happened. Not having had any reply within a week, i called them again and was told that i will receive a reply before day end. There was no reply so i called the next day, only to be told the same story again. Still no reply until today. I will therefore never be purchasing their products again.
