Future life poor customer service

I bought a bag of granola crunch 3 weeks ago and found a stone in it that had the potential to break a tooth If I had bitten harder. Various emails later from me they have chosen not to react or respond to it. Extremely poor customer care to someone that have been supporting them for many years
