Disappointed

<p> Good day. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the email I sent to futurelife : </p> <p> </p> <p>"</p> <p>Good day . </p> <p><br />Today ( 03.05.2017 ) I purchased futurelife cereal . </p> <p>It is my first time purchasing it . Haven't tried it as yet . </p> <p><br />When I arrived home , I decided to have a good look at the box , since it's a new product to me . </p> <p><br />The first thing I noticed is those little sachets by Howaru. The Tamper proof seal was tampered with. It was moved onto the side of the cereal box . </p> <p>Anyways , I opened the box , and took the Howaru sachet box out of the cereal box . I then inspected that. All the sachets are sealed. Everything seems fine. </p> <p><br />Then I took out the cereal packet from the box . </p> <p>On the side of the packet , there's like a tear. </p> <p>I haven't yet opened the packet . But my thing is , what if ****roaches or tiny insects have been in the packet . Which could be a health concern . </p> <p><br />I purchased the cereal at Pick n Pay at the Crescent , Umhlanga , Durban . </p> <p><br />Please find the attached pictures . </p> <p>I photographed the till slip as well . </p> <p><br />Regards</p> <p>Nanzyen Achmad"</p> <p> </p> <p>I even tried calling them , to no pick up . </p> <p> </p>
