beware Futurelife is ****ming people

Futurelife is holding competitions, but not giving prizes as promised. their customer service is beyond poor, they are only getting one star because there is no minus. I've been trying to sort it out for a month, getting no feedback and if they do, its just to say they are escalating the issue. they just deny everything, terrible terrible
