Great start, not so great finish.

Great start, not so great finish. Building team from Johannesburg left site before house was fully completed to go back to Johannesburg. Several serious water leaks during 2023 winter in Cape Town. Futurecon did eventually came back to seal all balconies, first coat with EcoRubber but second coat with Fired Earth. Roof seal paint not compatible, severe pealing and bubbles formed. Extensive damage to kitchen cupboards, ceilings and skirtings. Not fixed by Futurecon. One wall still cracking. Some roof areas left bare cement, which I sealed myself to prevent leaking. Really disappointed with the builders considering that I have been an excellent customer, been on site every day and even assisted many times.
